Thanks for letting me know. :)
I tried using a shortened SoundCloud link first and that wouldn’t work. Then I used the full link, but stupidly, used the wrong one!
The problem is you can’t edit, or delete posts? You can’t even delete your account, which is a bit of a pain.
I’m not going to bother trying again on this page because if I get the link to work (third time lucky) it’ll be so far down the page, listeners won’t see it and they’ll move on to the next mix. There’s a lot to listen to.
Take care & all the best!I don’t have much luck with Sound cloud! First link is broken for some reason, so I’ve re-posted it with the longer (working) link.
Cheers! :)Hi everyone,
I had a lot of fun working on the track and I’m very curious to see who makes it through.
I guess they’re all just really busy. I’m sure they’ll let us know eventually. 😊👍All the best.
in reply to: Mark Pullin – Lianne Kaye – Glow Production #16504No compass. Thank you! 😊😊
NAM really spiked my curiosity. I’ve got helix, Amplitube 5, tonex and real amps, but I can’t help but be impressed by NAM. You still can’t beat a real rig in a good room from a players perspective, but in the mix I can hardly tell the difference and I think it’s every bit as good as tonex, which is impressive, considering it’s free… Opens up a world of tone to those that can’t afford the paid alternatives. All the best!😊
in reply to: Lianne Kaye – Glow | Produced by Dill Pereira #16362Hey Dill, I like this. 😊
From a creative point of view, it’s excellent. lots of lovely elements happening throughout. I do like the plucky upper register piano parts and I like your guitar tone/playing, especially in the midsection. The mix has a nice warmth to it.
All the best,Mark 👍😊

in reply to: Lianne Kaye- Glow Production- Joey Thiele #16030Hi Joey, Love this! Nice playing.👏👏😊
The only teeny, tiny things I’d tweak to make this perfect are:
Vocal – a little more air on the top
Guitars – gain down in the verse sections
Drums – tweak the velocities to get more dynamics
Volume automation – just a few tweaks here and there for more impact between sectionsYour production is excellent btw… Just these few mixing tweaks would make this track stellar! 👍
All the best!
