    Really cool mix! The drums really tore me to shreds! Overall everything packs a good punch yet is nicely audible in my ears. Sounds a little like the snare sample isn’t perfectly in sync or clashes a bit with the original snare though but that’s just minor nitpicking.

    Really cool take on the song! Not really my cup of tea but damn creative! And weirdly enough the main beat works really well.
    If I have to critique anything I feel the original drums needed to be beefed up a bit in order to compete with the electronic elements. Also, the song gets a bit monotonous by the end. Working on creating a more distinct song structure with different synths, fx would definitely spice things up.
    Anyways, nice with a breath of fresh air after listening to this song way too many times.

    Seriously in your face mix! The energy is unmistakable but maybe you went a bit overboard with the compression on the master bus. It does sound cool in my headphones but I have a feeling it’s going to sound pretty boomy on bigger speakers. Still, with this kind of metal I prefer a mix where the instruments are fighting to be heard rather than it being dull and sterile.

    After listening to the song a few thousand times I too enjoyed the slowed down version a lot. Definitely added some roughness and extra old school vibes!

    Using the kick drum mics is definitely mixing on hard mode. I like the distinct yet natural drums. I feel my drums always come out sounding either thin or hyper compressed. If anything the bass might be a bit boomy, at least in my speakers. The guitars sound great though. Good luck!

    The mix really emphasizes the brutality of the music. The snare is perfectly over the top and I love the guitar sound. Awesome!
