I wound up using the triggers mostly too. I eq’d the kicks as best I could, and then faded them in a bit too try and keep a little bit of that dirty organic sound. Killer mix man!

Damn this shit sounds great. It’s gig an old school vibe, but the low end in the bass is dialed in really nice. I wish would’ve hit that kind of balls on the bass guitar in my mix.
