in reply to: Another Love Song (Thomas Kramer MIX) #22370
I love your mix. It could have been a bit tighter….for my taste….but definitely well, well done.
What I really think in these contests is the following: We should find out what the artist is all about.
I listened to the track on Spotify, which is produced differently from this one track, and it gave me good insight.
I think you nailed that part perfectly.in reply to: Another Love Song (Jens Bsdok – Mix) #22367I totally agree. But that did not make it easier. Because when you get those great tracks and you want to do a good job, you would feel bad if you mess it up, right. Hahaha. But yes, the tracks are well recorded. Although I think to here some cows on the lead vocal tracks in the background. Has anyone noticed that. Hahahaha, so much fun this!
in reply to: My point of view… #22355Aaaahh. Here we go again to listening to the same song for more than 100 times finding out there is so much creativity out there.
Well done!!! Love it!!!Great sounding drums. Wow. I am jealous. I use an electronic set. It’s time for an upgrade. ;-)

(my link: thanks – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWdOjRSmlo0)in reply to: Lianne Kaye – Glow (83′ Neon Glow Mix) #16733Still listening to a few tracks. It sounds great. Only thing, if I may say that, the voice in the verses could have been a bit louder for MY taste.
But it sounds really great besides that. Love the 80’s vibe. Well done!
(my link: thanks – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWdOjRSmlo0)When it started it reminded me straight away of the Scorpions and can be regarded as a huge compliment. Good luck!

Very well done. Not my type of music but…..compliments nonetheless.
But what I really liked was the contrast you created. Great.
(my link: thanks – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWdOjRSmlo0)Just checking a few songs and I saw your answer to my question. Strange that I missed that. I got quite involved in all of it. :-)
I have heard very good things about that Bluguitar Amp 1 Mercury. Thanks for the info.in reply to: Lianne Kaye – Glow (produced by Holger Bleeker) #16728I love how that snare roll comes in, in the second verse. And nice break after the solo.
Great job! (it is the 3rd of July, got some time before lunch, still listening to songs.:-) )
(my link: thanks – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWdOjRSmlo0)in reply to: Craig Smith – Lianne Kaye ‘Glow’ Production/Remix #16692Hey MusicSmith. You told dmt soundlab that this is your first track. But maybe only for the strings or the drums. Either way….keep up the good work. Sounds great. Very energetic.
(my link: thanks – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWdOjRSmlo0)in reply to: David Gates – Lianne Kaye – Glow #16691Wow. Those guitars and bass sound fantastic. A bit of a surprise. I must admit, need to get some food so I skipped to the chorus. Hahaha. Love the contrast.
Good luck!
(my link: thanks – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWdOjRSmlo0) Man that chorus sounds lovely!in reply to: Rudolf Baethge – Lianne Kaye Production #16690Great production. I love those backing vocals: Screaming out / Stick around eg.
The voice sounds so colourful. Great!
(my link: thanks – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWdOjRSmlo0)in reply to: Lianne Kaye – Glow Production (May 2023) #16689Ok. You know….you probably don’t care with what I am saying here but…..if this was mixed really properly and I mean no offence in any kind of way…I just mean properly by a really well known great mixing engineer…..this could be actually a really really great version. Lot’s of ideas. Totally different approach as I would expect from a song like this. Still listening to a few version and I am happy I did. Good luck! Keep up the great work.
(my link: thanks – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWdOjRSmlo0)I especially loved those guitar changes in the chorus. That is some nice approach I must say. And I agree with what Fraga said to sambybee….It’s nice to hear some raw guitars of which you really here the guitar its sound. Wow…..great solo!!!! Love it!!!! (going back again into the track for that :-) )
