A sweet open serenade approach, which fits the tone & feel of the original voice track (which not all others do).
A ska-tastic selection of rollicking rude boy rhythms… a nice take on things.
I like the whole stripped-back start, which then launches into the country disco (‘crisco’..?) genre you’ve just invented. Good stuff.
This sounds properly tight & together, musically, with the new (if a little dominant..?) guitar parts giving it a good rocky feel.

I don’t think it suffers at all for being mono-ish… gives it a real punch and something of a 70s punky-vibe (to me, at least).
Thanks, MadeUpStuff – yep, I set the free version of the gaga-gagaudio-lite plug-in to its ‘Risibly Odd’ max parameter, in hope … I believe the full version has a much better ‘Unlimited Hilarity’ setting, but I’m far too much of an impoverished cheap-skate to fork out for any paid version.
