Since you asked for feeback on my entry, I will give you all my thoughts/nitpick below.
It is just my opinions – feel free to disregard or disagree :-)

    Overall impression:
    -Loud and proud!
    -Overall good balance
    -High energy

    Vocal:
Volume: Could be a bit louder, a little in and out of the sweet spot volumewise.
You could try to use parallell comperession (ex: send to a bus with comp 4:1 10 ms / 1ms)
De-essing: Some places manually pull down gain pre-fx
    Ex 1:54 to 2:02

    Drums:
Cymbals a little loud, could use some harder compression.
Maybe turn down overheads/hihats and/or room tracks
(I did a lot of hlgh shelf reduction + hi freq compresssion to control the cymbals)
Kick: A little woofy – true reduce 100hz a bit. Maybe more 1khz to 2khz (find the good sounding spot)
Snare: Nice sound. Maybe more 200hz if you want a more “classic rock sound” to the snare (into a compressor. I find SSL strips excelleng for this)

Steel guitar: Mabe a little de-esser or multiband comp around 3-4khz (especially in the solo)

    El.Guitar:
At the end it sounds like a compresser with a slow release is increasing volume in the
guitar. Maybe better to let it die off naturally.

Good luck and happy mixing to you!

    Nice steel guitar!
Vocal sits nicely in the mix
Like the sound of the toms in the drum kit

PS: The bass could need a low cut filter around 60-70 hz.. If you listen on headphones with bass extension you should hear it too

Good luck with the competition :-)
