I would have like the voice a bit louder in the mix respect the guitars. But that is taste. Besides that, sounds fantastic.

@AmpersandLa. Yes, the reference track had that a bit. But there is so much going on in the song that you have to make choices somewhere, I guess. In my opinion, or better in my mix, I went for the best glue possibilities achievable without letting anything popping out besides the drums and voice. Will check your mix out as well. It is actually nice that you chose to have the banjo upfront. I thought of it more as an acoustic part with some notes popping out. You took another direction. Well done!

Hello Ulf, well, it sounds good. You could think about a bit more 300hz for your snare though. Makes it a bit more punchy. Kick sounds great. And be careful with de-essing. (think about automating de threshold on the de-esser where its needed, works great). Hope you appreciate it.
