Thank you very much Wide Range Echoes, same to you!

I used tons of editing on this, but tried to keep the performance intact as much as possible, as Kristian Kohle mentioned in his video for the mix.
For the vocals I took some bits and reversed them, and used them as transitions. There is reverb applied also.
The intro is a portion of the vocals running through a filter pattern that I programmed, and I think it gives great video game vibes, especially Mortal Kombat :)
Unfortunately Youtube degraded the sound of my mix, it doesn’t sound that ‘lo-fi’, but the MP3 I submitted is better.

    Hi Dmitry,

I am also a father of young children and first off I want to tell you congratulations on finishing this, it sounds great. If this is any indication of your future audio work, you have a lot to look forward to, and so does the world. Your story really resonated with me, as it reminds me of my own journey. Look me up on Facebook if you want:

    Hi again guys,
Here is a link to the song on Youtube:

I’m not sure what is going on with Soundcloud, I posted the track there earlier this month, but have tried a million different ways to log in and get a link that isn’t broken, but it seems that something is wrong with the Soundcloud website itself.

Like as the drumsticks make toward the pebbled shore, so do the count-ins hasten to their end, lol. That’s a take on Sonnet 60 by the way, William Shakespeare’s Sonnet about life, death, and mortality, about as metal as it gets.

Gotta love Pigments, the EFx Granular Synth is great too. I have other synths, but I’m going to make the jump to Pigments sometime this year, Rock/Metal/Trance

    Cool Mix and idea!

I’m a big fan of Classical music, and this reminds me of Cradle of Filth “Damnation And A Day”-era, along with some of Dimmu Borgir’s work.
Who is your favorite composer? I like Paganini, Vivaldi, Beethoven, and Bach.
