Got plays in London and Los Angeles in the past week. I’m still hoping/praying/dreaming for a top 3.
The only results that matter are how you feel about your production. I’ve listened to hundreds of em now. I’m still very proud of mine after doing so. In the “what’s best for the song?” sweepstakes, I’m still of the opinion that conveying the emotion and quality of her voice and lyrics is one thing we did as well as anyone of the almost 700 entries and for that I’m very proud of our efforts.

I tried to build something that conveyed the emotion and energy of her voice. I’m always asking myself, “What’s best for the song?”
That’s the question in the process of crafting the song. I believe the answer lies within the confines of my first sentence.
