I like the balance of this mix, nice and bright without being too harsh
I like the way this is really natural sounding to the original stems. You’ve controlled the drums without making it sound like you’ve controlled the drums, if you know what I mean

Your first ever metal mix? Certainly with the drums here you’ve picked a really, really hard one! The guitars, bass and vocals came really well prepared but those drums required so much work. Good effort if this is your first attempt at metal. Personally I would have panned the room/overheads a bit more to create more room in the middle, it sounds a bit crowded.
This is certainly the most inventive version I’ve heard so far. I think the vocals and guitar frequencies are clashing quite a lot though.
Overall a really creative effort, nice one.
This is in the same ballpark I’m aiming for sound-wise, so obviously I think you’ve done a great job! It’s interesting how there are two or three different mixing philosophies all fighting for top spot with this track.
I like how this mix is a bit darker than a lot of the other entries, makes it stand out a bit
I like the sound of your snare, most of the others sound pretty similar but this has a different character to it
There’s something I like about this mix that I like even though I can’t put my finger on it. It doesn’t slam you in the face but it has a good feel like it’s a live recording or something. nice job.
I love the aggressiveness of this mix, it can be a bit much at times but feels deliberate and works really well.
Good job mate – I think the judges are going to have one hell of a time here trying to find a winner as many entries have done (what I think is the right thing) what we’ve done and try to stick with the traditional 90’s feel. In fact I’m yet to hear a version that has tried anything weird yet!
