    It’s certainly not as bright as some mixes I’ve heard, that have been submitted here. Ironically, I have cut a good amount of low mids and boosted some highs, too. Personally, I wanted to go for a more balanced, darker and more raw kinda vibe. Certainly not as modern and overexcited as you would expect

    That’s a really rough mix. The snare sounds like it would only consists of high mids, the toms sound like only attack without a body to it and somehow, the rhythm got skewed

    Your mix definately has a good amount of highs and then the same amount piled on top of it. I’m curious about your listening situation
