Here’s my entry, hope you like it and good luck!
Even though I did use the addition of drum samples, they are very quiet in the mix, and about 75% of the sound you hear is coming from the recorded drum tracks.
I did try to preserve the original feel of the old school recording, but I gave it a bit of a contemporary twist – I tried to get the best of both worlds.
Original and interesting! Drums are just a bit too thin for my taste, but still good!
