    Good balance between the instruments, solo-parts well-illuminated, solid mix! Sometimes I hear, that the kickdrum pushes the compressor slightly hard, so that it’s ducking the rest. Or is that by intention?

    Thanks rentaroot. I just bought an HS8S subwoofer as addition to my HS5. This is the first mix I made with it, so maybe I have to adjust it a bit more with the room. Here it’s sound good, but I’ll make sure everything is fine. Good luck to you too.

    Yes, that could be the reason… As I just learned from another participant, my subs should be more in control, too. So, even only cross-checking with a good pair of headphones seems not to be enough!
