Very nice bass sound but it seems that the overall low end (or just the bass low end or the bass period) is too loud in the mix.
I like your mix. Very atmospheric and great bass. With the intro, you tightened it up a little in my opinion.) There may be too much high frequencies on my monitors. In general, everything is fine.
Good very very old school! A dense mix. Cool
Nice mix…a bit sizzly in the top end…but still a nice mix. Unlike others i am missing a little of the bass frequencies. Good luck. If you get a chance check out my mix. Always looking for feedback.
Have you noticed that ugly distortion in the guitar stems at 6700-8100 Hz? I listened to their other tracks on the same album and that guitar has that sizzle all the way. There was something wrong during the recording. Not sure what you mean by saying you are missing the bass. When you turn off the bass track in the mix while listening that is when you realize how much it is present. That sizzling was very challenging in the mix. If you cut that part to get rid of it the tone is gone so I balanced it out as I could and still have the guitars present. Thanks for the feedback I will check your mix now!
