    Yeah, I had a feeling the drums wouldn’t be everyone’s cup of tea (sorry, very British), but I couldn’t bring myself to play a halftime groove in the chorus. It felt a little too obvious, so in my usual fashion, I went with my heart. 😊😊
    Anyway, I really enjoyed your production. Excellent work!

    It’s funny, I really do rate Mark Knopfler as a guitarist, and Dire Straits were such a tight band in their heyday, but I’m actually a metalhead! I’ve been in metal bands (as a drummer)for decades… Seems to hit that satisfying spot with me.

    Nice 80s vibe in the verses and guitar solo which you then subvert in the chorus. I like the unobtrusive retuning of a few vocal notes, too!
