Add a link to your REMIX below so we can listen to them and see if we can find an honorary 3rd place winner!
Thanks Thorus your mix sounds great but I just want remixes not mixes. I guess remixes should have at least one additional element (e.g a flute solo).

Thanks Ashwin! This is definitely a remix – wow! The track is great and it really works as a remix. I love the Asian flavor! The only thing holding this back for me is the timing of the vocals in the second half is noticeably out. Maybe you could of just used a smaller section of the vocal track and looped it (as the tempo was all over the place on the original). Good work though brother and thanks for posting!
Hi guys!
Great initiative! This is our remix.
Our approach to the song:
– We wanted to keep the integrity of the song and the performances of the amazing musicians who played in the Malamor band, so we used all the original tracks and kept a live vibe.
– We study the harmonies, tempo, and tonality of the song deeply.
– From the song lyrics, we have chosen the less aggressive part for our singing to create a story and a nice conversational contrast with the Malamor voices. Like the Greek chorus in ancient Greek tragedies, participating in the protagonist’s radical positions, commenting, describing, and emphasizing the story.
– We played and added a piano and an orchestration (violins, cello, VST instrumental).
– We also wanted to add some gothic and symphonic metal vibes to our remix, but not only.To create a nice/brutal atmosphere, we made a music video.
