    Love the ping in the snare, and it feels like you tamed the guitars super well. Very nice.

    Thanks, nothing really out of the ordinary – I wanted to preserve as much of the old-school vibe as possible while giving it the more modern ‘oomph’. The only new thing for me was using a gate on one of the kick tracks to tame the bleed and making it cut a little better.
