    Hey Everybody, I thought I’d try my hand at mixing this track. It was a ton of fun. The music was right up my alley, the kind of music I would listen to, hiding it from my super strict parents growing up. \m/

    The drums are 100% from the stems. I guess I’m not sure what is meant by “edited”.

    Great mix! Properly in your face!

    And I have to agree with ya – being able to have a go at mixing this great track and then hearing everyone’s interpretations is amazing! There’s not one bad mix here.

    @Combo: Thanks, it was a great challenge to mix this track. Interesting to work with distorted guitars (no full reamping possible). Altogether, it’s a great old-school metal track with cool tempo changes and an all-around solid performance from the band.

    @Si Stevo: Totally this! Mixing is an art, and I think everybody has a different way of hearing things. There isn’t “a right way” to do this, just different ways to convey how we hear the music.
