Hi and Happy New Year to everyone! This is my mix.
No samples and no crazy compression on the drum, I preferred to valorise the original drum sound without changing it and i just replaced some tom shots with better ones from the original tom tracks.
I blended a very light distortion on the original bass track, while for guitars and voice i preferred the simplest but effective approach possible.
In other words, i tried to keep the old school vibes but in a more modern way, trying to resist the temptation of using so many cool anachronistic effects for the time when the song was recorded!
