    Here’s my entry. I ditched the natural kicks and used the D4 track to trigger a blend of Kick 12 and Kick Black in Slate Trigger 2. No other sample replacing or augmenting was used to try and keep the old school feel there. Mixed on Reaper using mostly free plugins with the exception of SSL Native Channel Strip and SSL Native Bus Compressor. Hope you like what I did with it.

    Thank you! Getting the guitars to stay present in mono while still being seperate enough to not sound phasey was a pain. Didn’t even think about mono til I test listened on a Bluetooth speaker and the guitars dropped significantly.

    Yeah I hit the DI with the Modern Deathcore compressor plug-in and the BOD plug-in and blended it with the Bass Amp track

    Thanks the snare was actually one of the easiest parts since the performance was already solid.
