The So-Cal Skate punk fan in me almost jumped from my chair during the double time! Way to feel the dynamics of the arrangement overall. My only feedback would be that the vocals seem to get buried in and out, on my system, maybe not others(something I struggled with on mine as I didn’t have the time to automate/ride the vox). All in all, great interpretation!
Awesome!!! Love the energy.
Banger !!! Great job. Good luck.
Hefty delivery and nifty rebellious sensibilities… should get the punk crowd pogo-ing.
Very creative! NICE!
Yeah, I envy guitar players. I have to use VSTi’s lol.
Great energy, congrats on the idea!So cool seeing a version in this style! The final part with the uptempo drums is blasting!
Good job!@toddobot Thank you so much for listening and giving your thoughts. I really appreciate it. About the vocals, I agree. I tend to like vocals not so upfront, but that’s because this kind of music isn’t based on great singers, which is not that case, Kim and Steve delivered amazing performances, I could do better. My mix is a result of “Bad habits” combined with low cost monitoring system (A pair of Kali LP6, a poor treated room and a pair of hifiman’s mid tier headphones) and the lack of phisical faders to make automation process more fun (doing with a mouse is a pain in the ass for me).
By bad habits I mean Starting to make my moves just 48h before the deadline lol
Thank y’all @shelton.garner@gmail.com, @MalyNoko, @rentaroot, Tchad Noor Music, Alex Pacheco
Wil Cheapo, I tried my bast hahaha. It’s not perfect, but what matters is that I had a lot of fun doing my version and listening to my colleagues, especially yours, which I really wasn’t expecting haha
Great energy. And I absolutely adore that bass tone!
Great mix , suits the vocals definitely
Nice arrangement! Great guitar playing! Like the guitar harmonies and bass!
