I think loudness mainly comes from compressing, saturating and clipping/limiting in stages, from individual tracks to buses, shaving off some excessive and unnecessary transients which take headroom without sacrificing punchiness and at the same time raising level of quiet details.

EQ wise I think loudness also comes from accenting some mids and by using sidechain dynamic EQ to make further space for important tracks. I also brought vocals forward quite a bit (because they were so well recorded and performed) so it may also appear louder. LUFS is -8dBfs I think.
