@joacoalfaco, thanks for checking-out. I just commented yours…
Thanks, @patrick-class, yes the bleed from the headphone on the loead-vocal-track was HUUUGE (when applying some compressors), so I’ve cut-out most of the passages without “visible” content. Maybe that’s why I didn’t notice the “natural ambience from the meadows” … :-)
@rama, that’s what the first commenter said, too. And meanwhile I think you are right. But the show is over now… ;-)
Great mix! The only suggestion I have : At times, the sub frequency is just a little bit out of control on full range speakers. I see that you have Hs-7s so it’s not surprising, since those frequencies are probably not audible. Not a deal breaker at all though. Best of luck!
Are you stalking me?! You have a good eye! :-)
The Yamahas are really honest, but don’t work so low. That’s why I always cross-check with my headphones (Focal Listen Professional), according to the tech. manual, they can go down to 5Hz (but I don’t believe that, 20Hz would be fine, I guess). Maybe next time I should use a simple sine-freq., not that slightly “wobbly” synthetic sound…Thanks @max-arsen for checking out the details!
Great well balanced mix! Love the snare sound and the general vibe. It feels aggressive and gentle at the same time! (if that makes any sense at all :))
Good job!Thanks for listening @michael-k, it’s always a pleasure to confuse people! ;-)
Great mix, good luck!
This is my mix:
Good energy in the drums! That room sounds awesome. I do think you made the drums sound a bit too big for the song though.
Hi, good mix rentaroot! I like the vocals, even and clear. Good luck to you!
Thank you for checking-out the details, @stefan-verster, there’s no drum sound big enough for Chuck Norris! ;-)
@arvid-nordtveit, thanks for listening!
Nice one @rentaroot! You got a very different drum sound from most which is interesting and I like the up-front vocals. Good luck!
