    Hello there, a few notes on this:
    -this is my FIRST metal mix EVER, I feel proud enough of it
    -it has been done all with free plugins and Reaper
    – I tried to stick as close as possible to the “original spirit”, so even the kick is made by the original 2 kick tracks (mixed with the D4) (I don’t realy like the “clicky kicks”, they sound too synthetic to my ears)

    Your first ever metal mix? Certainly with the drums here you’ve picked a really, really hard one! The guitars, bass and vocals came really well prepared but those drums required so much work. Good effort if this is your first attempt at metal. Personally I would have panned the room/overheads a bit more to create more room in the middle, it sounds a bit crowded.

    Very nice job!
    I would hard pan rythm guitars for more stereo field.
