Hello and thanks for listening. Here is my submission to the contest. It’s the first song I have mixed in a few years. I ran a small recording/production studio in NY. Unfortunately I had some health issues, then I had a little boy, so I’m just getting back into it. Hope you enjoy.

Of interest in the mix…

Vocals parallel compression is an Atomic Squeezebox. Bass is an API 2500. Drums are almost all a combination of the “shell comp” bus with a modded Aphex Compellor (details you can find on my YouTube channel) and a “crush bus” with an old DBX covering the overheads and room.
