Another Love Song | James Dupre | Zachary Rumley Mix

Here is my mix and master of the multitrack for “Another Love Song” by James Dupre.

I took the approach of the mix engineer and chose not to add my own music or make any changes to the arrangement. I’ve been enjoying listening to some of the other tracks that were remixes or re-recorded and I think that several of those have been quite cool. For me, this is more of a way to improve my skills in mixing and mastering. I really enjoyed it, and I hope to be able to work on some more contests like this.

I essentially took a “rock” approach to the mix – so it is a different take on the mix down than the original video on YouTube.
