    Spent quite a lot of time on this one, and I feel like it is a solid mix but I really don´t know….

    The only thing that bothers me with this is the hi-hats.
    Soundcloud doesn’t help for sure.
    It sounds like there’s more high freq on the hats than the crashes.(it could just be me hearing this, see if you or others concur)
    I know this sort of thing is a total pain in the butt when making decisions.
    I also find if the mix is a bit busy up top it really affects soundcloud too.

    But, such a small thing in the grand scheme of an excellent mix!

    Thanks CIRemix.

    I did spend quite some time on those hats… in the end this is what I Landed on. I tried to not have them loud but still be present enough in the mix to enhance the rock vibe that I was trying to achieve here.

    Hi-hats do indeed sound more “mid-rangy” than most of the people think. But in your mix they stand behind the guitars which is OK for me. Don’t worry!
